For individual reservation, guest to pay direct to hotel with credit card guarantee of one night room charge. Credit card provided is will be charged for a non refundable deposit of one night at reservation

Important: 30 days prior to arrival, a payment link will be send by the hotel to the guest for payment within 48 hours.

Cancellation and No Show Policy(details vary per hotel)

o Room cancellation between 1 months and 15 days prior to arrival date, there is a 35% penalty charge

o Room cancellation between 15 days and 8 days prior to arrival date, there is a 60% penalty charge

o Room cancellation between 8 days and 1 days prior to arrival date, there is a 85% penalty charge

o Room cancellation 1 days prior to arrival date, there is a 100% penalty charge
